Conditions and other general information

• All room rates are per room (2 pax) and are quoted in Thai Baht and include service charge (10%) and government tax (7%).
• Rates include breakfast, served everyday 8.30 am to 11.30 am. 
• Unfortunately we cannot provide additional beds, but babycot is available after confirmation.
  
• Transfer from/to pier is not included in room rate, please check the "getting here" section of this website for transfer information.
  
• You are entitled to get a 10% discount for staying 10 nights or more (excluding Peak Season, no exceptions).
• To complete your booking we require a 20% deposit through the website paypal.com (commissions are on us).
  
• On the resort premises we can accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards without any additional charge
